How is real estate going?
"How is real estate going?" is the number one question I get from friends, family, and anyone I meet on a daily basis.
So, how is it going? You want me to answer that right? Are you trying to ask, is it tough out there? Answer: Oh yes!
For sellers? Oh yes!
For buyers? Oh yes!
For real estate agents? Oh yes!!
For brokerage firms? lenders? title companies? home inspectors? appraisers? Answer: yes, yes, and YES!!
To sum it up: It's a tough time for ALL involved in real estate. Whether you're living in Idaho or any part of the country. It is tough.
These are tough times without a doubt in real estate. But, one thing is for certain. There is always someone selling or moving regardless of the market conditions. And because of this, I've stayed quite busy, quite positive, and quite creative on moving my homes to SOLD and getting my buyers into their dream homes!
In times like this, it's important to not give up and important to work HARDER! That's how I'm doing. And that's how I'm surviving.
